If you have this problem, mostly it is because your Character is corrupted. This fail can come with the time or from ark updates- not sure..
The solution is to make a new Character (creating: Connect to a new map and not to last character/map) and claim your stuff back during your tribemember stays online. Dont forget to give your tribeadmin also forward!
