Reason: Violate the Rule by using Hover Skiff bug at PvE by unclaiming dinos/ taking wild dinos e.g. Rock Elemental, Brontos and more to attack many other bases. Additional build up other base at 10/23 (Ragnarok).
Permanent ban will stay 4ever for those kids without skill.
Config change:
Disable Hover Skiff on all Maps.
(EngramEntry_HoverSkiff_C and EngramEntry_HoverSkiffSS_C)
All Tribes/ Players who already have a Skiff can keep it, but there goes a warn out- dont use this bug (it will be tracked)!
